PLEASE RATE when you receive a swap!!!!!! It is blatantly rude to not rate a swap you have received after your partner has spent time and energy and money to send you something! If you are in too many swaps and don't have the time to rate because of that, then please consider signing up for less swaps so your partner doesn't have to worry about whether you received the swap she sent to you. PLEASE be kind and rate every swap received in a timely manner.

I've lived in Colorado since 1976. I have two older sons. We have a rowdy Australian Shepherd named Chip and a black cat named Wilson (=^.^=) and a whippet named Savanna. I have 3 parakeets, named Kiwi, Kiko and Skybird. I also have a small 30 gallon fresh fish aquarium and have snails, tetras and a large angelfish.

**********POSTCARDS************************ I really dislike abstract art! I really dislike black and white art! PLEASE WRITE LEGIBLY! It is very frustrating when I have to decifer the message. This means running letters together, rushed handwriting, etc. PLEASE PUT YOUR RETURN ADDRESS! This is because the postmark is rarely clear enough for me to tell where the card was sent from.
You will NOT get a heart if either of these things are missing. I always look for reasons to give hearts but I can no longer overlook these two things, sorry.

ATC's I am not a fan of digital atcs. I am not a fan of hand drawn/painted atc's unless you are good and a true talented artist! 'Good' meaning that you have been doing it for awhile and it comes out better than children's artwork-LOL! Good means that you have gotten plenty of nice comments about your work over the years, not just from your family. I can't draw worth beans, so I don't subject my partner to it. However, if you are a true talented artist, I will love it, so please don't hesitate to send me your LOVELY HD/HP artwork!

About ratings.....I rate on the quality of your work and if you have put time, effort and love into it and whether it fulfilled swap requirements. I give hearts if I think the overall swap was extra special, NOT just because extra items are tucked in. I don't expect extra items. If your ATC is basic, you may not get a heart just because you sent extras.

I am pretty easy going on the deadlines. If you need more time, just let me know! I understand that life gets in the way and would rather wait and get a well made item than get something that was quickly made.
