Send your partner the following: * an invitation to the event, meal, or weekend * a guest list, with name and very brief explanation or introduction of each invited guest * description of entertainment * outline or explanation of the event (this might be the same item as "description of entertainment") * menu * anything extra you'd like to include PLEASE NOTE EDITED sign up and send by date... I had to push both back one week...

Oh no, I forgot I will be out of town on the 21st (where was my head???)... I need to push both of these dates back a week... my apologies to all!!!!

No worries on the date change ... I am watching for now simply because I am distracted and not feeling inspired at the moment, but will likely sign up as the date gets closer and I get a good idea.
